Mike Collins is a (ISSA) International Sports Science Association Certified Fitness Trainer with a passion of helping others through exercise and fitness. Mike has been working with people of all walks of life for the past five years, including, youth athletes, college students, and busy executives.
Mike's Exercise Philosophy is, fitness is for life, there are no quick fixes or a single magic pill. I do believe that for fitness to work in your life, you must find something you like to do. It should not be a chore, walking, running, strength training are all ways you can accomplish your fitness goals. I also believe you must dedicate time for yourself, stop making excuses and invest the time into you, " It's your body, you only get one".
